These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PAE Bird, including the macOS application, Microsoft Excel® add-in, and Google Sheets™ add-on (collectively, the "Service"), provided by PAE Bird ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
PAE Bird provides mathematical computation tools for personal and professional use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is offered on a freemium basis. The free tier provides a limited number of computations per month. Paid tiers provide higher or unlimited usage. Current limits and pricing are described on our website and within the Service.
The Google Sheets™ add-on sends mathematical expressions to a PAE Bird API server for processing. By using the add-on you acknowledge that expression data is transmitted to this server. No personal data is collected or stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All software, branding, and content provided as part of the Service are owned by PAE Bird and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that mathematical results will be accurate in all cases. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAE Bird shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or change pricing, at any time with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
